The ParaEMPOWER project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, aims to improve coaching in Paralympic sports by modernizing the quality of training and practices in organizations and institutions that train professionals. By building the capacity of organizations to work at a transnational and intersectoral level, ParaEMPOWER aims to remove societal barriers and enable people with disabilities in Croatia, Greece, Montenegro and Serbia to benefit from the transformative power of sport.
